I met my Kiwi buddies today. I have a two buddies but today, only one person took the class together. She take the P.E.class so I participated that class with her. We all played tag 👹 It was so tired but I had a great time. After school, I talked to other study abroad student. She stay at same home. She from China. She taught me about Chinese school.

Today I joined classes with my buddy. We have similar hobbies, so I was glad.

Today, I had class with my buddy. Class was all in English, so I couldn’t hear it. But there were many differences from Japan. I had Maori, English, Japanese, business and maths classes today. Everyone was taking classes freely. I was very surprised by that.

Today, I had classes with my buddy at school. The style of the classes was different from Japan. After school, I went to the supermarket with my host family. The supermarket was very big, and they bought me some snacks.

Today, I took a class with my buddies. I watched the documentary about street food in Spanish class. It is interesting to watch it and to listen a teacher’s story. After school, I went to shopping with my host family. I was happy that my host mother bought Hi-Chew and Pineapple Lumpus.

Today I met my buddy for the first time. I couldn’t understand everything sometimes, but they explained it to me really kindly. I’m also enjoying my homestay because I get to talk a lot with my host family.

I joined classes with my buddy. I talked with my buddy and her friends. I enjoyed talking and joining classes. Also in the Japanese class, I talked about Japanese music. I was grad that students enjoy with music. After school, I went to the shopping. I bought souvenir for my family. In the night, I celebrated the hostmother’s birthday.

Today, I went to Starbucks and bought a mug as a souvenir. At home, my host mother cooked a chicken pie for dinner. It was my first time eating it, and it was very delicious. At school, I joined classes with my buddy. We had P.E. , chemistry and math, and I enjoyed studying together.

I met my buddy. She is very kind. I took classes English,computer,French,Japanese and math. In interval, I went to canteen. I bought hot chips.It is the most popular menu in this school. The taste was very nice!

Today I met Buddy for the first time and took a class together.We made muffins in cooking class. I had never made muffins,so Im excited about that.At lunch time we sat on the lawn outside and had lunch with my friends. It was a special experience for me.

Today, I took went to a class with my Buddy for the first time at school. I didn’t know what Buddy was talking about. However, I was happy to be able to talk to various students. Also, I didn’t even understand what the teacher was saying in class. However, the style of the class was completely different from Japan and it was very fun. Also, today I introduced Japanese culture. I introduced Japanese calligraphy. There were some parts that were not conveyed well, but I was glad that they enjoyed it. For lunch we took chicken luncheon sandwiches, snacks, orange and lemon. My host mother was worried that it was so sour but I loved it. I also ate chocolate muffins. I liked it very much. Miki hates fruits and vegetables. Miki likes things without sugar, so it’s very good for her health. On the other hand I am opposite. After school, I went shopping with my host mother. In one shop there were different types of kiwi soft toy souvenir. One kiwi toy was rough looking but I wanted to buy it. We bought souvenirs and chocolate-flavored ice cream. I ate fries, fish fingers and chicken tenders for dinner. It was very delicious. And we liked juice very much. After that, I ate ice cream. I ate two flavors. I liked the chocolate flavor. After that, I ate apples again. I think it’s very good for my health.

I interacted with a cat today. It was so cute. I actively talked to both the cat and my host family. Next time I want to talk to my buddy too.

Today at school we had a class on Japanese culture. I talked about Japanese music, and we all danced the Soran Bushi. I was surprised to see that some of the students knew the song. After school, I went to the supermarket and bought some chocolate. My homestay friend bought more than 10 pieces, and her lunch box was full to the brim. I told my host family about what happened at school, and they showed me a YouTube video, so I danced the Soran Bushi at home too.

Today I went shopping at the supermarket with my host father. There were a lot of things that you don’t see in Japan. The thing that caught my eye the most was chocolate. I was very surprised to see that there were so many different flavors that you don’t see in Japan, like coconut and peppermint. In the evening, I watched TV with a child from my school who is staying with me at home. We danced the Soran Bushi together. It was a lot of fun.
