休日はホストファミリーとの時間を過ごしました。

Today. I went shopping mall. There were many stores there. I bought souvenirs for my dad and myself at a New Zealand souvenir shop. Next, I bought a gift for my cousin at an accessory shop. I couldn’t buy as much as I expected, so I want to buy more when I have another chance to go shopping.(N.I)

I went to Hamilton Zoo today. There were many animals I had never seen before, and I was surprised and very cute. What surprised me the most was that animals walked on the road that normal humans pass. There were people who touched and gave food. I was very happy to see it up close. I wanted such animals to be exhibited in Japan as well.(M.I)

Today, I went to Hamilton Gardens with my host mother and host sister. There were many different gardens that were inspired by countries from around the world. I was very impressed because each garden had a different atmosphere and was beautiful. I had a really great time and it was a wonderful experience.(K.N)

I went to the zoo today.
There were many birds, pigs, tigers, ferrets, etc. It was fun to see them slowly.
It was sunny in the morning, but it rained heavily in the afternoon and it was cold.
There was a souvenir shop, and there were a lot of cute goods there.（M.M）

Today, I visited my host parents and two department stores. I bought a present for my family, a special notebook, a jacket, and a gift tags. It was my first time shopping in English, but people were very kind to me because I said hello cheerfully.(F.O)

Today, I made curry udon for my host family.They liked it and said they want to make it again.We also decorated cupcakes. I couldn’t do it very well, but it was fun.It was raining, so we played card games together. I had a great day.(R.K)

Today, I went to a supermarket in New Zealand in the morning. It was very big, like Costco in Japan. There were fish, fruits, snacks, and even electric toothbrushes.
For lunch, I ate a meat pie. It was very delicious.
In the afternoon, I went to a museum in New Zealand. There were many Maori things on display. The real canoe was very big.After that, I walked along the river. My host mother told me many interesting things about the river. At night, we had shabu-shabu. It was very delicious!(H.O)

I went shopping today. I was very excited because there were only shops with a completely different atmosphere from Japan. I was able to pay in English with a little nervousness🛍️❤️(C.F)

Today, I served curry udon to the host family. The host mother’s grandson came and made cupcakes together. It was very cute.(M.S)
